Taking Dining to
New Heights

Nestled in Knightsbridge and inspired by the Himalayas, Vatavaran elevates Indian cuisine with dishes rooted in tradition and expressed with contemporary flair.

Crafted From The Elements

Our culinary philosophy is rooted in Indian tradition — raw, untamed, and abundant. The menu reimagines the richness of Indian flavours through the art of Sigri (open-flame cooking).

From delicate smokiness to bold spices, every bite tells a story of earth, fire, and elevation.

Design That Elevates

Step into an atmosphere where nature intertwines with artistry. Earthy tones and abstract designs pay homage to the majestic peaks that inspire us.

Across four levels — from the vibrant Shikhar bar to the tranquil private dining spaces of Brook & Meadow — each corner offers a unique ambience.
